AMD causes my screen to stutter?

Hello. My laptop has been stuttering for weeks. It happened randomly while i was browsing in the internet. I tried updating my driver (my driver/ display adapter is AMD Radeon HD 8250) to the latet version but noting happened. I do have a broken ;CD but when I switch my display adapter to Microsoft Basic Display Adappter it is working fine.
