delay every 4 seconds when moving mouse write something or play video

I had to go back to an old driver from windows update

to work properly without

The solution seems always istalling the driver provided by your laptop constructor company.
But it's just lame, mine drivers are from 2015 and pretty horrible.
Still trying everything to find a solution on a win10 based system. But it goes always bad...

Anyone could give us some help?

Best you all can do is DDU and return to a driver that worked. 

Make sure you report exactly what you did here to AMD and maybe they can fix it in a future update.
