AMD 5700XT AND AMD 3900X

I keep getting the Driver Timeout message when trying to make a Render in Media Encoder, can someone help me, please? 

I already did everything I found, I clean the PC and install everything fresh. 

Have a Windows 20H2 up to date. 

All things have the latest drivers. 

My system: 

B550 ASUS TUF PLUS WIFI

AMD 3900X PROCESOR 

AMD 5700XT GPU

32 GB RAM

1 TB NVME SSD 970 EVO

650 W CORSAIR GOLD POWER SUPPLY
