When I reinstalled the old driver(22.5.1), the problem went away, but the game performance of the old driver is very bad. Moreover, the last driver that windows update downloaded and installed for the rx 6500 xt, chrome and edge, hangs when the hardware acceleration option in the browser settings is turned on. I also tested this, it is fixed when I install the old driver(22.5.1).
