AMD 19.1.1 latest driver. High frequency BUG of GPU and RAM after playback.

The system is WIN7X64 graphics card XFX RX580 8G. After playing HD video. In the browser. Look at the pages GPU and RAM frequency and voltage has been on the high side.The power consumption and fever increase seriously. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

功耗发热严重增加。其他人有没遇到这个问题。

以上是经过反复从装系统和驱动折腾几晚上后发现的BUG暂时解决方法。关闭以上那个服务后。

硬解播放高清视频后。再开浏览器看网页滚动页面。GPU和显存频率还有电压不会莫名其妙的一直彪到最高了。

而且看视频时候的频率和电压也不会莫名其妙彪到最高了。
