윈도우 새로 깔고 칩셋드라이버 깔려고 하는데, 왜 설치파일이 0프로에서 진행이 않되노

이거 우째된기고, 아니 프로그램이 완전체가 아니면 기존 버전이나 계속 올려 놓을 것이지 뭣하러 새버전을 올려서 이 난리를 일으키냐
