Recently I have been experiencing an issue that causes my fps to drop when I alt tab out and back into a game as if the game is unprioritized. For an example, I play valorant or dayz often , and I consistently run at 150+ fps. If I alt tab out of the game and come back in the frames will be normal for about a half second and then the frames drop to below 10 frames. In these games I can fix it by changing from fullscreen to windowed. After I change to windowed the fps jumps back up and I can go back to fullscreen without any problems unless I alt tab again. This doesn't work with some other games like aim labs. If I forget about it and alt tab out of aim labs and try to go back in I am forced to restart my entire pc to fix the frames. All of my drivers are updated according to my amd radeon software app. I have looked everywhere for a solution and I can't seem to find anyone even having the same issue.
