Try a reinstall of DirectX only.

Windows, DirectX, visualc ++ were completely reinstalled, I tried all the functions of the DirectX Happy Uninstall program ... nothing helped.

(D3D device being lost) looks like drivers are crashing or hardware fault. If your running 5000series GPU most are having faults including drivers crashing including myself. Afraid I'm not much help other than to see if any of the other user's have methods to help.

to simulate the error, you need to try running games in origin almost all by subscription, such as need for speed heat or starwars jedi fallen order, titanfall 2, battlefield 5, and so on. The game crashes after starting the game itself, after all the video screensavers

I would do a clean install of the last WHQL drivers in safe Mode using DDU.

is your windows 10 64 bit the oct 2019 or may 2020 version ?

I'm seeing lots of problems too since new win may 2020.

I even had to disable my iGPU in bios (now i can game again without crashing), so i think it might be something Microsoft did with/because of their new WDDM2.7 model, putting graphics card temp in taskmanager for instance, which i think is asking for problems.

OK then I'll check whether the video card is connected in the BIOS

I kind of disabled the built-in graphics ...but the BIOS setting was not saved on the video output (specifically on it-PCI-E is not put) in short, it did not help, and the driver also put both the latter and others... advisable... this does not work (I changed the battery on the BIOS..)

The error messages you share indicate that the driver has made an error. The source of this error is usually hardware-related. But you can test with an older driver, if there is a driver problem like that...

Before installing the driver, you need to clean the old driver with DDU in Win safe mode.
Your graphic card is that...

Your GPU has 250W power consumption. You are using a 650W PSU. If the PSU is outdated, it may cause problems. Even if your PSU is new, it works very hard. It may get hot, there may be a problem.
This is a current a GPU...

A current GPU has 130W power consumption. And I recommend upgrading to a 5500 XT or better GPU. I think it will be better to buy a new GPU than to buy a new PSU for running 7970.

Then please advise the video card for my system, I myself thought to take the Geforce GTX 1050 Ti or Radeon RX 570

You need a GPU with low TDP. According to the speed of your processor, the most suitable GPU is 1660 Ti, I think. 5600 XT has 150W TDP. So you may have problems with 5600 XT with your old 650W PSU. So 5500 XT or 1660 Ti is very suitable for you. There may be a problem if you buy GPU with higher TDP.

Edit: Now it makes no sense to pay money to an old GPU that does not use nVidia Turing and AMD 7nm technologies.

Thanks. And another question then which manufacturer is better to choose-GIGABYTE, MSI, SAPPHIRE, PowerColor (of these)

I use Asus for mobo and GPU. I had no problems with Asus. I used Sapphire years ago. Sapphire GPU broke down I threw it away.

I have not seen too many problems with video cards. Before PCIe slot problems were more of a headache.

I think the PCI slot problem does not cause this error.
