after update to 20.11.3 Blender does not render objects

Updated an MSI  MSI Radeon RX 590 8GB GDRR5 Memory Graphics Card with Version 20.11.3 about noon today.  After the update I resumed work in Blender 2.91.  No files would render.  All objects render as black outlines.  No setting were changed in Blender.  The 3 Blender files I worked on this morning tat rendered perfectly this morning would no longer render.  Nothin in my system changed other than the update to 20.11.3.

Unless a solution exists I would like to revert to the previous version assuming that is possible.  Have not determined how to revert.

Had the same problem.

My solution: Download the mobile version of blender (as a zip file) and started that one. Works like a charm.

I had the same problem, I am a digital artist, since that day it stopped working, I downloaded the amd pro raedon software version, and to date it works with that stable version for workstations, yesterday I tried the last normal driver and it still does not work . Hope this helps, regards.

AMD: Breaks stuff

AMD: Blames the software devs

Software devs: Works around the newly broken stuff, having to leave all legacy versions unusable

AMD: BREAKS IT AGAIN

FFS. I'm saving up for a NVidia card. I've been wanting one for AI for a while, anyway.

Just installed AMD 21.2.3.  I am still using Blender 2.93 Alpha.  Blender now renders the objects.  Conclusion: AMD made changes to the latest release, NOT the Blender developers.  Since I am using an Alpha version I cannot verify that all Blender functions work with the new AMD release.

Temporary Fix

Do the viewport shading with Eevee and then go to Render Properties > Performance and check High Quality Normals.

It works perfect, I imagine that before it was activated by default and now they deactivated it and now it must be activated manually in each render. But so far it works perfect.

Blender 2.92
