Adrenaline

I cannot install Adrenaline 2020 because I have error code 182. I have a Radeon XFX 570 graphics card. The integrated graphics card no longer appears in the device manager. I made it reappear via BIOS but same Adrenaline 2020 error message. How do I do this?
