For months now I am unable to use latest versions of Adrenaline software as it crashes when trying to open it.

I have to revert way back to old version. Problem is the old version does not have the stream and screen recording features.

My cards are RX 6700 XT I have contacted support numerous times with absolutely no response at all. Feel like I spent a lot of money for a card that does not do what it was intended to do.

Does anybody know what might be happening here?

Can you provide more info;

Version of windows, model and manufacturer of both video card and motherboard.

And when you say contacted support? Who, the manufacturer, the shop that sold the video card, AMD?
