Have 2 machine. On the 5700XT machine, the adrenalin drivers won't allow driver updates to be installed through the driver. This work fine on the 2400G system.

Have you tried going to AMD.com and grabbing/installing latest GPU drivers?

While you are there .. grab the latest AM4 Chipset drivers too 

..and ... Make sure your BIOS is up to date on your motherboard

Make sure you are running separate power cables to each power input on your 5700xt

Yes, but i am not supposed to do that manually, it's supposed to download and install them through the driver like normal.

Bios is already up to date, chipset driver is already up to date.

Check and see if Microsoft installed a "display" driver for AMD.  They did this on my 3400G with Windows 10.  Changed my Adrenaline dashboard so there is no more auto-update.  I think you have to DDU the driver and reinstall the AMD whilst pausing the Windows update or it will happen all over again.
