AMD doesn't support Windows 8/8.1 with driver updates anymore.
If Lenovo Support download driver page for your laptop doesn't have any recent AMD APU Drivers then you are out of luck unless you can get a Windows 7 driver to work.
You will need to download and try the Windows 7 drivers and see if they work or not. Otherwise you will need to either upgrade to Windows 10 or downgrade to Windows 7.
But since Windows 7 isn't supported anymore by Microsoft eventually AMD will stop supporting Windows 7 also like it did for Windows 8/8.1
