Just did a clean install. I set everyting to default and tried gpu with need for speed underground2. Why you dont believe me i think its a driver issue please check this:
restart hit esc hit f12 go into bios and go to advance tab...see if you have powernow or speedstep in bios enabled..if it is disable it...to let cpu be full throttle...
