7900XTX Red Devil RGB Software not working

I have verified with PowerColor that his software should work and there have been multiple people that have gotten it to work.  I have tried the version though AMD and Cooler Master and nothing.  Is there any possible fixes because the RGB through powercolor is about as nasty as a rotten bananna.

Ive been looking on reddit and most are saying it works after a firmware update.  However It will not give me the option to update the firmware.

Powercolor have their own rgb software for that card, use that.

I know they do but to be honest its kinda Garbage. Thats why I was hoping for something with some more options.
