here's the troubleshooting list I got from AMD when I was having issues with mine:

"
1.Please update your system bios to latest bios version (insert the latest non-beta bios, found on the support page of your Motherboard here) in your system.
Example: https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-x570-e-gaming-model/helpdesk_bios/

2. Please install the latest chipset driver version (also found on the support page for your Motherboard) for your system.

3. Please perform the clean boot of your OS.

4. Please install and run AMD cleanup utility to remove the existing driver from your system and please install AMD GPU driver version 22.12.2 in your system.

Had the same issue but with the 6950xt on  demanding games like RDR2 and I am sure this solution will work with the  7900 series as well

Problem : System crash

Solution : Set graphics setting from Ultra to high and set it at DirectX12

Problem:

Intermittent fan noise :

Solution :

Step 1
- In AMD settings Go to Performance Click on Tuning ,

Step 2

-Set fan Tuning to Custom Under Fan Tunning

Step 3

Deactivate Zero RPM

I don't know why AMD doesn't post this as all the other solutions are a waste of time if some ones CPU PSU ect wasn't working properly they would know long before even installing a new GPU like give us some credit

Nvme Samsung 970 512GB

In any game the GPU crashes with an hardware error reported below:

Did you find a solution to the crashing problem?

You are describing exactly what is happening to me. I can usually play a game for 30 minutes or so and then the GPU crashes. I get the exact same error you are getting...

I've tried reinstalling windows. All my drviers are up to date. Still get the crashing.

Please let me know if you found a solution or not.

Thanks.
