I have a Radeon HD 7870 CHz Edition graphics card. About a month ago, playing 7 days, the entire computer just locked up. No sound, just some really odd artifacts all over the screen. Since then, Windows just boots into the black screen. No mouse control, no nothing. Only thing to do is reset three times to get to the safe mode features, go in, uninstall all drivers (DDU or otherwise) and use the basic Microsoft display driver.

Windows 10 64bit v1903 OS Build 18362.836
AMD FX-8320
16 GB Ram
Biostar Ta-970 Mobo (BIOS v 04.06.04)
Tried - Everything but cooking the graphics card in the oven.
Safe-mode w/o networking, DDU to uninstall, clean install. Once the computer restarts to finish installing it goes black and doesn't come back.
Turn on Fast Startup is unchecked, Hibernate is off.
Any other solutions to try? I don't have a spare machine to toss the card into to see if it works elsewhere. I just thought I would try this before buying a GeForce to keep this comp kicking for a couple more years.
