i have this irritating problem whenever i full screen a video , it feels choppy... stutters .. 

if i play a game and open a video on second monitor the same happens for both...  

im on driver 22.11.2 .. i tried to install older drivers but it doesn't work same problem..  i changed browser from chrome to brave and it fixed the problem for a little while and it happened again... 

it drives me crazy i actually wanna take the card out and destroy it 

here is the rest of my setup 

r9 3950x, rog strix x570i, 32gb ram , 6900xt ...  and yes every driver blabla is up to date.

I've already been down this road and you need to remove the drivers using the AMD uninstall utility that works in safe mode.  Once done reboot and reinstall the adrenaline 22.11.2 and it should work fine.  On my system I've had it stutter, blank out the 2nd monitor and randomly remove icons.

Also check for corrupt system files that can also interfere with normal operation.
