5600xt driver crash

I have experienced various of crashes with my 5600xt such as BSOD, GSOD, black screen, screen freeze, yellowishSOD, etc. But today, I have experienced something new, where my GPU DRIVER decided to crash when my pc is shutting down. Thus, my PC screen stucked in the shutting down blue screen and I have to force shutdown myself.

I would like to ask if there are any ways to reduce the number of amd driver CRASH?

I have re-installed my gpu driver countless times. But after a week or mayb 3-4 days, it starts to crash again.

GPU 20.2.2/ CHIP DRIVER/ WINDOWS UP TO DATE.

Please try to update driver to 20.4.2 first.

Tried. Not working. AMD Software crashed, and got BSOD again ERROR : IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

I tried 20.4.1, still crash. But, i havent try 20.4.2 yet, gonna try it later. 

Do you think RAM can be one of the cause? Im using different brand RAM with diff speed (Corsair 2133mhz & HyperX 2666mhz).

PC Spec,

Ryzen 5 2600

Asrock B450 Steel Legend

FSP Hyper K 600W 80+

Sapphire Pulse 5600xt
