I cannot set my minimum fan speed below 20 for any temperature - it seems the software forces this as a minimum speed. The problem is - this is at 1037 rpm, which to be honest is annoyingly noisy for when just doing simple and mundane tasks such as web browsing etc. Surely there has to be a way to manually bring these speeds down to the required level? Any help would be appreciated

You can try Zero RPM option in Performance - Tuning tab

It works flawlessly since 20.11.2

unfortunately I don't have the 'zero RPM' option available to me. I have the 20.11.2 so I'm not sure why it doesn't appear
