Hi! I'm João from Portugal and I just registered in AMD's Forum to look for help.
Back in March I bought a Powercolor Radeon RX 5600 XT Red Dragon GPU and built my first PC.
Since then I have been having a lot of problems related to GPU drivers.
Everyday I get:
- Application errors in games;
- Display errors related to amdkmdag;
- BSOD VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE also related o amdkmdag.sys.
When I get the application error and the game closes I often restart the PC so it doesn't restart by itself, because I already know what's going to happen.
Sometimes the PC just restarts, probably because the display driver doesn't recover successfully.
The BSOD happens rarely, but it happens too.
I have done a clean installation of Windows and I stopped having any problems, but a month later the problems returned, maybe it's related to driver updates and Windows updates?
Recently I have installed CCleaner and I stopped having any issues for a week, but they returned anyway.
Is there any way of fixing my problem?
