I have a ATI Radeon HD 4800 series using Win7 service pack 1 and my display shows a current image and in the back ground shows a small window with me zooming in and out and the only way to update the screen is to do a zoom extents and I am using solidworks 2018 and this has been happening for over a year and not sure what to do.
