When I start a video on Youtube, etc it pauses the video sync or freezes the video and mouse movement for several seconds. If I move the video up or down the same issue happens.  This did not happen with previous driver versions.  I have not tried Twitch, or other video services with this issue yet.

Do you play world of warships? The last two drivers messed up the grey overlays.

Running the AMD Cleanup Utility and doing a fresh install of the Chipset Software, Restarting, then a clean install of the Radeon Graphics Software 22.7.1 seems to have fixed the issue as far as I can tell.
