Recording in new driver stronglydecrease fps, compare to 22.2.3

In csgo fps benchmark without record i have 340 fps, with record 250

in older driver i have same fps without record, but about 315 with record... SO i see problem with checked option recording last moment

Check your AMD driver install folder.

I downloaded 22.3.1 once and for some reason it downloaded in triplicate.

The driver with Adrenaline is just under 500MB I was surprised to see my AMD file at 1.4GB because I always use factory reset during install.

I deleted 2 of the drivers that were strangely listed as 22.13.1. I had run a Command Prompt CHKDSK C:/r for an SSD deep scan and one of these extra drivers was found to be corrupted and removed. 

I used my AV to quarantine scan and delete the other odd driver.

Before this I was getting driver timeouts after doing this all driver timeouts stopped.

The Command Prompt I mention can take around 2 hours to complete.

sfc /scannow found no issues with OS file integrity and DXDIAG found no display or audio driver issues.

Its not a solution... Here is one more thing... When i turn i on last 60 sec save replay and turn it off again, perfomance doesnt restore while i reboot computer
