Since 19.7.5, World War Z using Vulkan at 1440P Ultra settings has had very low GPU usage. The end result seems to be a locking to 100FPS, according to benchmark runs. I know high FPS with that game and vulkan in the past has resulted in system lockups, but is this the intended fix or is it a bandaid?
