Since 17.4.2 my GPU Scaling isn't working correctly. I need it to run 4:3 resolution in CS:GO and whatever settings I have in AMD Settings and CS:GO it is always stretched no matter what. It used to follow aspect ration before now it's broken.

The issue should now be resolved, thanks for being patient guys.
You can submit a bug report here.
Have you tried creating a custom resolution and enabling GPU scaling and preserve aspect ratio?
I have the same problem. tried a lot of things then reinstalled old drivers.
I didn't try that because when I create a custom res all my other resolutions dissapear from Windows 10 and games.
I'm having the exact same problem with both 17.4.2 and 17.4.3. Glad I'm not the only one.
It's a real problem in CS:GO, a lot of people use 4:3 resolutions.
RX 480 by the way.
I also have a RX 480.
Found out that driver 17.2.1 is a good driver to use. I can scale again.
Yea, 17.4.1 works fine as well so you don't have to revert too far. But I have to assume it's got something to do with the creators update drivers, of which I believe 17.4.2 is where support was initially added and that's also where I lost scaling support.

That page seems to hang and not redirect properly; been trying to submit a bug report for about half an hour.
Same, copy link and paste it into something like Microsoft Edge.
