16.12.2 Chrome still fail to utilize hybrid decode for VP9 content on RX460

I have a thread to ask this VP9 cpu usage issue:

16.12.1 VP9 Decode Acceleration still high CPU usage on RX460

Now it turns out that beacuse of Chrome always fail to utilize VP9 in my configuration. So I open a new thread to discuss this issue.

Base on this code(I got this from reddit) :

I have to use this command to tell Chrome to use right VPx codec in AMD's driver configuration:

chrome.exe --enable-accelerated-vpx-decode=2

By this way I have low CPU uasge and smooth VP9 4kfps60.

With --enable-accelerated-vpx-decode=2

If I launch chrome from desktop icon link which runs chrome.exe without --enable-accelerated-vpx-decode=2 argument, then I got very high cpu usage and not smooth playing. If I set it to 1 or 3 is the same situation, so it turns out that chrome can not detect AMD's driver configuration on VPx by unknown reason.

Without --enable-accelerated-vpx-decode=2

Already reported to AMD issue form.
