1080p FULL RGB bug with new driver 20.3.1

I have a 4k screen which I run at 1080p for reasons i wont bore people with but with this drives it wont move from 333 ybcr 12 bit, the other options are there but when i change them it simply slips back, I want to set either full RGB 8 or 10 bit 444.

if I run my screen in native resolution everything is fine but I need to run my screen in 1080p

WIndows 1909

Radeon RX5700

Ryzen 3600

removed with DDU, reinstalled 20.3.1, now control panel wont start citing mismatch of driver, another piece of crap driver package from AMD.

this issue seems to only manifest itself on some TVs and only at 1080p, if I switch to any other resolution I can change this settings, no idea what AMD have done here.

please can the AMD devs be asked to have a look at what has changed between driver versions to see if there is something in particular 1080p is doing where its getting totally locked to 4:4:4 YBCR 12 bit.

My TV is LG EFO950v 2015 OLED

i've since found this only affects 1080p @60/50/23/24/29 hz, its fine at 30hz, when on earth is going on with this driver, at least i have a workaround though, running my desktop at 30hz isnt idea but it works.
