Полностью удалял драйвера и качал новые с оффициального сайта AMD, Непомогло(((
Подскажите как исправить?

пока вы не опубликуете скриншот GPU-Z или иным образом не сообщите нам, какая у вас видеокарта, невозможно быть уверенным в том, что у вас есть

use the driver on windows update

until you post a GPU-Z screenshot or otherwise tell us what video card you have its impossible to be sure what you have

I encountered a same problem with installing drivers. I have a laptop HP with OS Windows 7 64bit and graphic card Radeon R5 M330. I got this message like in above and sometimes like in below.
