Может ли игра C&C Generals с ошибкой DirectX 8.1 не запускаться из-за слишком новой видеокарты RX560?

 Я тестировал на другом компьютере с такой же Win 10 x64 но с графикой Intel 2000 HD Graphics, и там она отлично запустилась. На форумах пишут изменить разрешение с 640 480 на 1920 1080 но это не помогло.

Моя система: AMD FX4300 4.1GHz (OC)

RX560 4G OC

Win 10 x64 Pro build 1809

Could the C & C Generals game with DirectX 8.1 error not be launched due to too new RX560 video card?

I tested it on another computer with the same Win 10 x64, but with Intel 2000 HD Graphics, and it started there perfectly. The forums write to change the resolution from 640 480 to 1920 1080 but it did not help.
