Stress utility for MI100 Accelerator

Hello

Is there any utility I can use on centos 7.9 to stress test a MI100 accelerator?

Hi,

It would help to have more detail on the platform being used, and what type of stress test are you looking for.

For HPC, ML or Max power/current/thermals?

Suggested stress test on MI100 would be to run DGEMM or HPL. The HPL binary for CentOS 8.3 is on github.

There is also the ROCm Bandwidth test I mentioned in the reply to your MI100 Infinity bridge question.

$ rocm-bandwidth-test -t

Hi, I'm not sure we have a public stress test utility for our MI100s. I'm checking on it, and will get back to you.

ROCm Validation Suite can be used for the purpose of conducting stress tests.
