How to get Radeon ReLive after express-installing Adrenalin 20.1.3

I was looking to get Radeon ReLive and I figured out that you have to custom install your drivers. I hit express, not knowing at the time, and I see no way of getting it through the driver software. I uninstalled the drivers but it messed up my whole computer and when I got to the new installation, it didn't give me express or custom. It did when I first downloaded though. What do I do?

use DDU to uninstall driver
download 20.1.4
choose custom install

but as far as i know it should ask you after driver install if you want relive or not

I have 20.1.4, and if you say it will ask you, where does it show up? I don't see it.

check under "streaming" tab
