I cant seem to find much in regards to a solution on the forms here, i do see numerous individuals with the issue though.

The issue is that when two monitors are connected with a Radeon VII you get random screen artifacts and flickering.

This issue has been present since launch. Please AMD let us know what is going on and when we can expect a fix. It;s really annoying, especially after dropping launch day money on this card.

can you please check your idle vram speed when on desktop?
these kind of errors can come if the vram is too slow for 2 monitor use

just checked in wattman, all stock setting 1801@1108mv

Monitor is Asus XGVQ32 turning Freesync on or off does not make a difference. 

The secondary screen is an 800x480 5 inch panel that is used as a sensor panel for aida64, 

Primary monitor is using mini dp to dp

Secondary monitor is using HDMI

Disconnecting secondary screen resolves all issues. 😕

Note: Jan 28, 2020 this issue still persists. AMD support has not provided any viable options as of yet. as mentioned earlier, going down to one monitor resolves all issues.

does this 5" panel has an own power delivery? or is it only powered via HDMI?

Side note - I found a larger thread in regards to the same issue.

I have resolved my issue by disabling freesync on my monitor and in the adrenaline software v 20.1.4

Still testing to see if the issue pops up but looks like this works so far.. but of course this means you can't use a feature you paid for.

Relevant! The problem on drivers 20.4.2 is also present. When you turn off the second monitor, all flickering goes away. When you disable the FreeSync function in the settings and monitor settings, flicker is present.
