Amd RX 580 8GB and LG 34WK500-P Problems

Hello I apologize for my bad English.

I bought a new LG 34WK500-P monitor, but I have a lot of problems.
Can you advise me what the problem might be?
I use
3 monitors
Amd RX 580 8GB
Ryzen 7 2700x
Windows 10 pro
...

But when I turned the new monitor on to the video card problems started.
At some time Windowsa crashes and shows various reasons.

Before I bought the new monitor I had no problems.
I tried different HDMI, DisplayPort boxes, different cables, ... without result the crashes continue.
Any ideas of what it might be and how to fix it, I tried many versions of Radeon Software Adrenalin without a score.
Radeon Software Adrenaline supports 21: 9 UltraWide?

you have a lot of problems? all you say is about crashes.
but you dont say when those crashes happen and what your are doing about it.
we need more info

btw pls run DDU in safe-mode to clean driver and install latest after reboot

ps i run my RX580 4G with AOC G24560PF as 1080p144hz + AOC G2460VQ6 as 1080p75hz
i need to run them with DisplayPort to support FreeSync and over 60hz

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

I do different things when the problem occurs, read articles on the Internet, I'm looking at settings in the pc,....
I tested it with DDU and installed new drivers, but without result the crashes continue.
HDMI support 75hz.

hdmi 1.4 maybe can do 75 on paper - most screens cant

1. tell me ALL screens you have on your gpu and what connector they use
2. did you bought your gpu new or used?
3. do you have ram oc?
4. as i said: run DDU in safe-mode and clean driver - especially if you had an nvidia gpu before etc

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

I use two more monitors.
AOC (75hz) - connected via HDMI.
Dell (60hz) - connected via DVI.
LG - connected via HDMI.
The video card is new I bought, it is not a second hand.
I did Overclocking Ram, but the problem is not in that.

Yesterday after I put the monitor at 60hz did not crash windows.

The model of the video card is Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8gb.

Can anyone confirm that this video card can work on 2560 x 1080 75hz ?

ok your problem is that your hdmi-cables are of bad quality

but good hdmi-cables and you should be able to run 2560x1080@75hz
actually you should use DP when using 75hz or higher

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS

Thank you for now everything works well.
I'm using the Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.3.1 Highlights driver.

Also, IIRC, aerotweak at sysinternals can restore old fashioned verbose BSODs.  That can be helpful.

Are you overclocking, by any chance?

Do you have the displays set up correctly in winblowz?  using the wrong monitor driver can sometimes cause this.  Until I got my current monitor, the LG-43UD79-B, I was running a 24" 1080p and a 19" 1600x900, once I got this I couldn't fit any other monitors on my desk so I'm down to just one right now.  Anyhow, when I got this, I couldn't figure which was the correct monitor driver, and one of them made the system unstable and the monitor not even work.  I had to use the iGPU to get things going.

In a nutshell, make sure you have the correct monitor driver installed.  Make sure Windows is configured to use it correctly, and I HIGHLY recommend getting a third party monitor management utility such as DisplayFusion (excellent package for multi-monitor).

Hello I have not done overclocking.
I checked with Windows Memory Diagnostics and there were no problems.
I also reinstalled Windows but did not help.
Drivers are installed correctly.
The PC recognizes the correct monitor model.
No missing drivers.

Did you load the monitor driver?

Excuse my English, could you solve your problem? I cannot work with the same monitor model and I have an MSI Radeon rx580. My screen turns white with spots and square shapes when I play.
Be fine.

I was not the one having an issue. I was only offering advice to the person that was having trouble.

Your issue sounds pretty bad. If I were you I would start your own thread and make sure to include your system specs, explain the problem and if it is all games or only one? If you can get a screen capture or even a picture with your phone of what you are seeing. Hopefully someone can help.

Also you can provide all that information directly to AMD support here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
