How to manipulate the screen pixels of the video card

I hope this is the correct forum for this so I hope I do not offend anyone if this is the wrong place for this topic.

I would like to be able to flip/reverse/rotate the diplay produced by the video card.  Similiar to how you can rotate the computer diplay in the ATI driver.  However, I don't want to just rotate it but I want to reverse pixels possitions.

Any ideas on this.  Does this have to be done at the driver level?

I looked at your links and can't for the life of me figure out how any of that pertains to my question?

The "Zap Solutions" seems to be an Image editor and a multimedia player?

The "Digital How" seem to be a thread with randomly generated text (Like Spam) that mentions Flip a couple of times but not much else?

Am I missing something?
