I'd like to find a contact within AMD in charge of the FFT/Math library (to make it better than Nvidia's cuFFT since monoploy is not a good thing) , and have an opportunity to introduce a breakthrough technology in multidimensional FFT.

rocFFT is a FFT library written in HIP and it is part of AMD's software ecosystem based on ROCm. I think you may visit the related github site (https://github.com/ROCmSoftwarePlatform/rocFFT) and discuss with the library developers/contributors directly.
