30% - 70% of Barcelona, Shanghai and  Istanbuldoes? anyone know anything about that?

is that true?

Why not? Intel has one of its CPU development division outside of North America too - in Haifa, Israel.

i'm not saying amd were wrong, i'm just a bit curious about what portion of R&D is left here in US. this is not the amd i used to think,

designed in india and manufactured in the world of arab? what's next?
