Hi So I had purchased a 7800x3D from Newegg and shortly after got a redeem code for Jedi Survivor. When I try to redeem it on EA, it says that "Product code you have entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code." I was wondering if I could get another code to redeem.

Did you use the code from newegg at https://www.amdrewards.com/ or directly at EA? You have to use the code at AMD Rewards first and after that you will be guided.
