Issue with AMD Adrenalin Software Feature : Record and Stream/AMD Relive

I have tried for several months to solve this issue as i'm sick of using obs as it downgrades performance by a large amount. But no matter what i do the tab wont show up. I did happen to notice that when i disable my igpu in device manager the tab does show up but weird screen issues happen like it being zoomed in and i can't change the brightness. I don't know how to fix it and need help. Thank you for your time.

Also I am on a asus tuf a16 with windows 11

I recommend disabling the integrated graphics in your motherboard BIOS settings.  I also recommend you check for a BIOS update and install that too.
