Let’s see. I am a husband to an amazing wife and father to an equally amazing daughter.
I hit the gym by 5am and get to work by 8 am. By day I am a “mild mannered” software engineer, formerly a software engineer for the DOD (contract work).
By evening I teach/practice martial arts. On weekends or when called upon, I am part of the local CERT and SAR teams (Community Emergency Response Team, Search & Rescue). Generally I teach medical for both teams as well as being the IT department.
“Hey you’re a computer guy”… Nothing good ever follows that statement.
When I’m not teaching I am an operator (a team medic and technical advisor).
Basically… I get to find ways technology can help the team from radios to drones. It is pretty fun.
I love technology, and I bleed red (Team Red). I’ve dealt with “the other guys”, and decided years ago I was an AMD (ATI/AMD) guy.
