I couldn't find a post on how to post bug reports but after making my own simple scene (cube room with a cone) and using RPR as the viewport display, have consistently found that moving or scaling objects (g or s) freezes Blender on a Mac.
Let me know how to make this bug report more useful.

Hi Ben! Can I have you do me a favor? Can you start Blender from the command terminal? Open the Terminal in applications/utilities and run
/Applications/Blender.app/Contents/MacOS/Blender (assuming you have blender installed the normal place) and give me the output of that?
