Yep, that's where I'm at. Problem is, I'm using a system that doesn't have an X server. The page is not Lynx/Links friendly, so I'm kinda stuck.

Bah, nevermind. I just downloaded it on a Windblows computer and uploaded it to Google Drive, then downloaded it from there.
The page in question doesn't work in Lynx, Links or Elinks. You also can't use wget to retrieive the file. A very Linux unfriendly site.
