I'm creating a benchmark/optimization suite for several XMR miners to test it against Vega. I even developed a HW Wattmeter (Log-A-Watt) for measuring power consumption of any GPU card... Now I'm trying to figure it out how to read power consumption counters from card itself. I know that it's possible - HWINFO64 and MSI Afterburner can read the values. From MSI [release notes](http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/msi-afterburner-beta-download.html):

Well, my question is - where can I find information on *low-level access to SMC voltage controller* (ADL is not an option) ? I suppose that I'm googling for it with incorrect search criteria.
