are there any libraries, tools, coding guidelines, thread handling guidelines for .NET developing to optimize the code for the Ryzen architecture? Does the Visual Studio 2017 C++ compiler support any AMD/Ryzen features? What about the the JIT compiler?
I have a Threadripper 1950X and want to test some optimized code.
