It seems to me that AMD won't release the Optimization Guide for the Bobcat. Have you read the new version the Agner Fog's Optimization Manual (http://agner.org/optimize/)? It describes many very interesting nuances about Intel, AMD, and even VIA CPUs, including AMD Bobcat.
