Hi guys,
I am doing a Term Paper for my bachelors degree based on OpenCL and GPGPU programming.
I would like to know if there is some 'public' document about the R9 Radeon series. I am writing a chapter about modern GPUs and I will use my Radeon R9 270x to run the code samples and get some benchmarks, so I would like to find some 'official' specification regarding its architecture...
I dont know if its the right place to ask about it... but I tried to find this info in AMD site and found nothing.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,
The R9 series (volcanic island) architecture is advanced form of Graphics Core Next (GCN). A detailed description of GCN could be found in the white paper at the following link.
