OpenCL perf on Windows 10

Should I expect a performance boost from upgrading windows 7 to windows 10?

DX12 is going to significantly increase FPS on games, but will compute see any improvements?

Otherwise, I can stay on windows 7, and avoid the bother of upgrading.

Most likely not as CL kernels are typically long-running; hopefully it'll get an updated, more efficient compiler but that's it.

It seems you have no idea of why D3D12 is improving stuff. It's not a magic hat trick; graphic apps have bottlenecks and they are going to be removed. Typical CL apps are pretty much the other end of the spectrum.
