[non-commercial study] academic co-creation research for developers

At the moment I am a student at the VU University Amsterdam, doing non-commerical co-creation research. I would appreciate it very much, when you fill in my questionnaire for developers about co-creation.
This survey is done to investigate co-creators within online co-creation communities. An online Co-Creation community is a online network of people, who share the same interest, common identity and social relationships, among admires of a brand or product. Co-Creation is the integration of customers within the production and design process of an organization, to create value, and products to fulfill consumers' needs. In this case that would be, developers who design apps in order to improve the mobile devices for everybody.
