I'm having issues running OpenCL with this new package. The clc.exe file keeps triggering my Realtime scanning Antivirus software. This happened before with an earlier version. Is this just because my antivirus software hasn't recieved an update with a signature to ignore the new version or is there a problem with the new download.

Edit: Nevermind, it's fixed. It was the antivirus software that needed a definitions update which it has just downloaded automatically.

Hi.

I really appreciate Stream 2.1 and have used it in my projects. Now I'm planning a coming project and more so the project platform. Seeing that OpenCL 1.1 has been released I plan to use that as soon as possible.

Therefor I have some questions. I read in the forums that the next release of Stream SDK should support OpenCL 1.1 but I wonder when the release is planned? When can we expect OpenCL 1.1 support on ATI cards and AMD cpu?

I use Ubuntu and have changed to 10.04 as that has "long term support". Will the next Stream SDK support Ubuntu 10.04?

Thank you for a great SDK!

SDK releases are made every 3-4 months. Going by this, next one should arrive in a month or so.

You should not face any problems running StreamSDK in Ubuntu 10.04. As for official support, we will have to wait till the release and see.
