Great question and something that is often asked by many datacenters customers. Longevity coupled with strong gen/gen innovation were key aspects in AMD’s decision to reenter the datacenter market with EPYC. AMD has made its high-level roadmap public across three sequential generations Naples > Rome > Milan (AKA Zen 1, Zen 2 and Zen 3). While the specific release dates beyond Naples have not been publicly disclosed we have stated that EPYC will follow industry standards for lifecycle, longevity, and support which should give you a good estimation of timing for future products.
